These pants are a great fit. This brand always has durablle fabric and stitching. These are a bit wider at the ankle than I've been wearing but after a wear or two, I like them a lot.

I got a pair of these trousers for Christmas and loved them, so I ordered in 2 other colors and wear them all the time. What I Love thes BEST is the side leg pocket which works perfect for a cell phone, I love the extra belt loops. Also, the pants legs are roomey enough for wearing Klein Tools LightWeight Knee Pads underneath and they stay inplace all day and are comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality slacks for every day use, not just for work.

you changed thr fit, now the crotch rides up under my junk and these don't have the causal baggy fit i loved, these suck.

I've now had 3 pairs of these pants. Many positives...very comfortable, great deep front pockets, good zipper. Negatives...rear pockets could be a little bigger and/or deeper, knee problems. The reason I am on my 3rd pair is that the knees don't hold up. All 3 pairs have had an early death because I've blown out the knees. I wish they would double the fabric just in that area. R. Mow

I used to be a customer. B-18. Carhartt 100% cotton blue jeans used to be great. And the heavy duck work pants were a mainstay of the offering. Now its 'rugged flex this' and 'custom fit that'.... I keep checking back in hopes that someday you'll surprise me with a return to the best heavyduty working man's pants, but sadly not. When the B-18 were last offered, all i could find in Slim Fit was waist measurements of 42' and 44" . I don't have access to your sales records, but I gotta think that most guys with 44" waist aren't shopping for slim cut anything. I am sorry that Carhartt seems to have lost thier way.

Great pants for work before I washed and dried them. I bought a black and grey pair a few months ago. I wash them on cold temp regular cycle. I usually hang dry my pants but went ahead and dried them on low temp for 40 min or so. My 32x30 are like a 32x28 now. Good thing I have 8" boots because these are floods now. They're sitting Really high in the crotch and low on the waist. Uncomfortable to wear. Super disappointed. I guess it is just for fashion now.

We gave my son a pair for Christmas, and because he liked them so much, another pair! He especially loves the side pocket to keep his flashlight and utility knife in (he works in maintenance at a school.) Unfortunately, he already has a hole in BOTH pairs - right over the front pocket, probably because he keeps his keys in his pocket. Lesson learned. :(

Got these for my husband. He loves them. Ordered a second pair!

Husband has had cargo pants and carpenter's pants for doing work around the property. They were okay but had too many pockets. These pants are just right. They fit perfectly. And they are also the kind of rugged that he needs.

Love the quality of these pants. It does make it easier now that we received the proper size. The only thing that could be better is the refund process.

Bought this in grey and tan for my husband for his every day work pants and he loves them. They fit great and last forever.

Love these pants if they didn't wrinkle so bad. They always look like I have been sleeping them. I called Carhartt help service and asked if there were similar pants to the 102291 pants and the person on the phone, who didn't speak very good English, couldn't answer my question. I also asked her if she could tell me the difference between these pants and the 102517 pants, and she could not. So, why would Carhartt make 2 "different" pants if the make up and style is the same? I hope Carhartt hires support personnel who knows their products rather then doing what all other companies do, which is farm out the phone answering to contract companies in other countries who know nothing about their products.
