Warm While Thin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put off a lot of heat when I'm on the slopes or on a trail. These are perfect for me. If you are looking to stay warm and don't produce lots of body heat, then I would only wear these in 50s and up, but these were good for me down into the teens.

These gloves are perfect for going out to shovel or playing with the kids.

So Far So Good

I am happy with these gloves. I haven’t tested them for their water resistance ability. I have used them in 30 degree weather and found them acceptable in keeping my fingers warm. The material is soft and not stiff, so I can fit them in my pockets easily. I have a big snow storm coming my way this weekend, so I will test them for keeping my hands dry in wet weather.

Warm Gloves

I use north face gloves normally but my hands still get cold. The Colombia gloves have definitely kept my hands warmer. I will be making the switch to Colombia gloves.

Very Disappointed

I ourchased these gloves a long with a medium weight coat, requiring reasonable warmth for temps 20° down to 0°. My first use was holding a snow blower handle in 3° calm clear weather. My hands were extremely cold within 15 minutes and I had to stop. I was hoping these were effective for longer without bulk. I can’t trust Columbia cold ratings.

I bought these gloves before it got cold outside. I was really happy with the comfort and warmth that these gloves give me.

Not Made Well,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gloves look great, are warm but not made well. The right index finger is twisted where the touch surface covers only about 1/3 of the finger and its in unstable that way.
