The Best Boots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are now my favorite winter boots. The only hitch was when I first got them, the insert was making me walk more on my toes, which was uncomfortable for me. I was able to take out the inserts, and put in a flat insert. Now, they are comfortable, bouncy, lightweight and warm. I love them. Usually wear a 10.5 but got an 11 and it fits perfectly. Five stars

Not Warm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today is the first time I've worn these. I have a lot of other Columbia style boots. It rarely snows here and most wintertime temp average is 35-40 degrees. I thought this morning would be a good time to try these to wear to work. Like the rest of the Country, we are experiencing way below average temps. It was 13 degrees with windchill of 4 degrees when I came to work. I had to walk from the parking lot to the building which takes 5 minutes. From my arch to my toes, that whole area of my feet were cold. Was disappointed in lack of warmth. The are true to size for me. They are comfy and I like the style but will not wear them in extreme temps anymore.

Most Comfortable Shoe Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My co-worker let me borrow hers for a trip to Sapporo. Without question, these are the most comfortable shoe of any type I’ve ever put on my foot. The insole is firm but forgiving—like memory foam—so it provides support while cradling your foot. It is the highlight for me. In fact, I came here so I could see if I could buy more of these insoles. Since I’m here anyway, I thought I’d share my feedback. If all shoes had this insole, people wouldn’t have sore feet.

Love these boots! But runs small, size up. I usually wear a 6, and had to exchange for a 7

Sizing Is Confusing And They Don't Do Exchanges And Make You Pay For Returns

I'm normally a size 6, I got a 6.5 and it was too tight, so I returned it then had to repurchase for a 7 because Columbia doesn't do exchanges. I got the 7 and it still feels too small! Do I really want to waste money to repurchase the next size up on the off chance, it still doesn't fit and I have to pay for a return a THIRD TIME? No free returns, no exchange option available, why should I bother shopping at Columbia.

Warm And Comfortable

I bought this and I’m happy I did. These boots are so comfortable and warm. However, they fit to small. I usually wear a size 7, but I bought a 7.5. They fit great with slim socks, however to wear them with thick socks I would recommend one size up.

Great Boots For Casual Wear As Well As Hiking

These boots really exceeded my expectations! I wore them on a winter trip to Seattle, and then on a two week trip to New Hampshire. These are comfortable for almost any environment - plane rides, strolling for hours on city streets, and hiking in snow and ice covered forest trails. I was initially worried about the white color getting dirty, but so far these boots have kept really clean. Dirty doesn't seem to stick to them at all, which is a pleasant surprise.

I guess I should have looked closer at the pictures posted on your website. The picture after the picture of the bottom of the boots actually shows a defect that my boots came with. The textile trim that goes up to the ankle is unraveling. In your picture just a little stuffing like material is showing, on my boots I just received it is more obvious.

Comfy Boots

I got these boots recently in brown. Over all the boots are great and lightweight too. Actual size 7.5 and it is too tight with winter socks. Going to return and re-ordered size 8.
