Comfortable. Great For Climbing Utility

Comfortable. Great for climbing utility poles, but the grip could be a little more aggressive.

They Fit True To Size.

They fit true to size. The backside of the upper left hook rivet is digging into my ankle, I hope this isn’t permanent. I will try Laciing them up loosely

Really Heavy But Felt Like

Really heavy but felt like good quality, not for me.

I Love Danner Boots. I

I love Danner boots. I have never in 25 years had a problem but I am having some difficulty with this pair of boots. The width is just a little too narrow and I am experiencing foot pain after wearing them a short while. I love the look and feel of the boot except for the problem with the width.

Style Is Great. Fit Was

Style is great. Fit was true and comfortable however they were very heavy boots.

Great Boots, A Little Hard

Great boots, a little hard to break. GREAT traction, fits great, toe box is large to allow my toes plenty of room. I have not received any kind of blisters during the break in process. I am no rookie when it comes to work boots and the break in process, spending 16 years in the Marine Corps on active duty and another 9 years as a firefighter before starting my career in Hazardous Materials. I have worn all styles, brands, and types of boots. I always come back to Danner.

They Are A Bit Stiff

They are a bit stiff in the ankles, really can't tighten the laces. I used a leather oil to help soften. Still hoping they become more flexible

They are comfortable but too early to tell about long term wear and comfort. I like the classic design

I Order Ee And They

I order EE and they car small. This shoe did it feel good at all! Thee worst danner boot ever made.

The Heal Toe Drop Was

The heal toe drop was so high that I was having back problems. I can't wear the boots.

Danner asks : Did our Steel Yard 6" Brown ST meet your standards? No they didn’t fit. They were too small. So I sent them back.

I love them so far. They are excellent for my line of work

When I Order My Boots

When I order my boots or shoes , if they are made in Vietnam they run true to size for me but if mad in Cambodia they have been about a half size too big. When ordering I haven't notice any where in the description it says where they are made. It doesn't matter to me where they made but knowing would help me get the right fit.
