Good Protection

The jaw guard itself is a great product. The problem we had was that it only came with 1 screw that fit. Luckily we already had another Easton helmet that came with the jaw guard so, although they are a different color, we used the screws from the old jaw guard and it works great.

Middle Hole Doesn't Match Up

I ordered 2 of these for my son's Easton Z5 2.0 helmet and neither one matched up right to all 3 holes. We had to modify the middle hole a little bigger for it to line up to the hole on the helmet.

Works With A Non Easton Helmet

So far, this is doing its job. Much cheaper than buying a new helmet...works with a deMarini helmet.

Good Product

We had to make two trips to various Dick's stores to get the Navy Blue version, but it was worth it to get the Easton brand over the Generic one, that doesn't fit the Easton helmet properly. My son is quite pleased.

Provides Extra Protection

My son is in 10u and I thought this would help him make the transition from a full cage to an open helmut. I would highly recommend this for a youth athlete

Dissatisfied

We got the guard and the holes to attach it did not match up with the holes on the helmet. Then when we tried to get a screw out it was stuck. Out of the three screws we could only use two and the one you can adjust does not work. So basically it is on but not where we want it to fit and not on securely.
