I bought one because my friend that got me into kayaking has 3 and has had them for 15 yeas. These are great for going down the river. I've had it in water up to class II water, taken it down 4 foot waterfall, and rapids. The best thing about it is if you capsize you just flip it back over and climb back on. You can't do that with a sit in, they fill with water and your done for.

We bought 2 Emotion kayaks 3+ yrs ago. At least 1 seat buckle broke immediately. As more buckles broke, I carried hairbands to rig the seats. Now that we use the kayaks more often, I thought to look into replacement buckles. Within 2 hours of the request, Customer Service, Dionte answered my questions and placed the order.
