Defective Ear Buds

Difficult to pair via Bluetooth. After pairing the one earbud was defective and not working. The JLab warranty service was useless.

I've had these buds for 2 years now and they are great and a smart case too.

Brace Do Not Fit Ear

Dear JLab! The sound is good. But: I have not yet found a way to adjust the brace (going behind my ear), so that the buds actually sit in my ear. I think the brace is long enough, but the angle of the brace in relation to the angle of the bud does not fit with the design of my ears. Next step is to warm the braces, to see if they might be adjusted to a new angle, and stay there.

No Anc

sound are great. unfortunately it can't control ANC.

Jbuds Anc Sport True Wireless

I Bought thr jbuds sport true wireless about 3 weeks ago they work great

Won't Hold A Charge.

The case won't charge the ear pieces. Doesn't matter how long I charge them for. Days.

Amazing Find

The epic sport air buds are second to none. I have had the air buds from apple and jbl and for the price these blow them out of the water. I have had them for a week now and having the be aware mode is solid because it allows me to jam out to my favorite music and still be able to conversate with coworkers..

Don't Hold A Charge

They don't hold a charge so they are 100% unusable. They have been plugged in charging for hours and give a "low battery -- Goodbye" after only a few seconds, despite the case indicating that they are fully charged. I know I just happened to get a defective pair, but I'm a little tired of trying to find a working set of earbuds

I Have Not Been Able To Use Them

Fully Charged But Not Working Correctly

JLab GoAirSport Tru Wireless; M/N: EBGAIRSPRTRBLK124 I like the way the earbuds 'lock' into the case; and, the way they fit, w/ the wrap-around ear hook. Unfortunately, that's all the good I can say @ this time...after not many uses (LESS THAN 2 WKS!!), they spontaneously stop working, even though fully charged. I will contact JLab to see if they've got a solution & give them the benefit of the doubt.

Do Not Buy!!!

I bought these a few months ago at the Montreal airport. Straight out of the package the right ear bud never charged fully. So brand new, the right bud battery dies after about 30 minutes of use. Highly do not recommend. Waste of money. Not worth it.

I got these for my birthday, I use them all the time, great sound quality, and very good product.

Wonderful Value

I have had my over-the-ear JBud earbuds for a little over a week. Inexpensive compared to the big boys' yet has excellent sound. Love that I can have either noise cancelling mode or the safety of hearing ambient sound. Over-the-Ear stays in place for those of us with tiny ear canals.

Horrible Device

I bought these on the 20th, received them three days later, but they will not charge. No charging cube with them, had them on a cube charger over night and they STILL would not charge.
