Comfortable And Holds A Charge For A Long Time

I wear these almost every day during my workouts. They fit securely and are not uncomfortable like many others I’ve tried. They also maintain a charge for a long time.

High Quality Sound, Ear Hooks Easily Damaged.

The sound is really good on these earbuds, however the hooks slightly bent and the buds had trouble charging. I'm really pleased with JLab support as they spoke to me and sent me a new pair of earbuds, and the new version too instead of these ones.

Greenwashing

In order to have my earbuds fixed after one of them stopped working, I had to send JLAB a video of me submerging my earbuds and the case in a glass of water to show proof of disposal. Getting this request from a company that claims to take sustainability and recycling seriously, really felt like greenwashing.

I like the style and the way they fit. The sound is very tinny though and there is no way to adjust it they seem to stay on decently, no issues yet. Just wish sound quality was better.

Great Earbuds For The Price

I lost my last sport earbuds to the washer when I left them in my pocket. These were a quick, relatively cheap replacement. I like the loops over the ears and all the brands seem to be moving away from that. I wish it had noise canceling, but that is not available in this price range.

Really Good Sound And Great Fit

I got these as a gift 3 weeks ago - and I'm really happy with them. They fit great in the ear and the sound is super good. The microphone works perfectly - sound comes through clearly. The only "complaint" is that they are extremely sensitive on the touch part and change without you really wanting it.
