My husbands head measured at the edge of the Small/medium being to tight and its loose on him. I measured at the lower end of it but its huge on me and I can fit 3 fingers width between my forehead and the hat. Nice hats. Wish they'd of fit me. We gave it away to someone who in other hats normally wears a L/xl and it fits him perfect.
