Bought this as a Christmas present for my son and it broke in his first game, 2nd time at bat, and he's in 4th grade! Granted he used it in practice but if i had to guess he had no more than 50 hits with it. Wish i looked at reviews first total waist of money.

Great Pop!
My 11 yr old loves it. We had our first wood bay tournament and assumed the pop would be drastically less than normal. We were pleasantly surprised to see the difference was very minimal. We highly recommend this bat!

The bat cracked on the first big hit in the first game of a tournament. LS should be ashamed of making such a low quality bat.

Louisville Slugger Youth Prime Wood Bat.
My oldest son saved up his money to buy this bat. He hit with it at lesson with a trainer and loved it. The next time he used it at practice it broke. Luckily it was still under warranty and we got another one. I’m sure he will break it and when he does we’ll go a different direction.
