Wood Baseball Bat

My son bought this in store and used it for 2 weeks before it broke. I understand the 30 warranty policy has changed and an exchange needs to be done through the manufacturer. The challenge I had was getting a copy of the receipt for the exchange. In the end I was able to get the receipt but the end user experience was time consuming and a little stressful.
