Balanced

Great for sunny day drives. Not as dark as some other blue lens glasses that I wear down here in SWFL. And because the lens is a little bit lighter on the Maui gyms, I don’t feel as tired, but I still get the same sun protection.

Waiwai The Bomb!

I have 15 pair of MJ! The only brand i will buy for sunglasses. I love the Waiwai style so much. I've ordering 2 more frames with 2 different lens. I love lightweight aviators. I do have one issue.. the nose pads should be molded to the frame. I've pulled my hair out after resting them on top of my head. Hurts!

One Small Flaw

I recently bought these through my optometrist. This is at least my 8th pair of Maui Jims. I purchased the black frames with grey lenses. They look very cool and do a great job of blocking bright light especially for driving. I really want to love these - but one issue kept me from giving them 5 stars. The small plastic piece at the end of the earpieces constantly catches in my hair and pulls my hair out when I try to take them off. I know it sounds like a little thing but it is really annoying and I can't figure out how to stop it from happening.

Not What I Was Expecting

I was expecting a heavier frame and lens. I also was expecting a slightly larger profile of the glasses on my face. Similar to the Kahuna frame and lens.
