I love the materials and the padded souls. However they do run long and a bit wide in the toe.

I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort and wearability

I bought these so that I would not need to wear my "boot" for my stress fracture. It was firm enough to keep my foot from flexing yet still comfortable.

I bought these and wore them 2 times, just for regular use (not hiking) to break them in. I went to put them on a third time and an eyelet broke off when I was tightening the laces. I’m so disappointed because I love them! With that said, they are extremely comfortable and versatile, and they fit my flat, wide feet so well!

Its look is deinitely serious - bulky hiking boots. Great sole! The black leather top is a good quality and smooth. But with the mint green sole and the matching shoe lace. it can be a unique regular boots that I can wear them with short wide pants or sikirt. The traditional hiking boots look is a big plus! If you are not an avid hiker and want to wear some quuirky shoes, it coulg be for you.

These books look great, if you like chunky boots, and the fit for high arches and and a tiny type box is fabulous. I have normal width feet and high arches, but have a Morton's neuroma and mild swelling, so it's tough for me to find comfortable shoes. I tried two pairs, but both had a defect in the same spot. Also, the stitching on both on the corner where the top meets the laces was poorly sewn on both pairs. Some of the stitches were incomplete, some went right off the boot edge. I would have loved to keep these, but the second eyehole for laces on both pairs of boots shirred off as I was tying them up. I was purposefully careful with the replacement pair as I laced them the first time, but the same thing happened. However, they may improve that, and if they do, I will try again later. The company was awesome about allowing me to purchase a replacement pair by giving me a full price credit, and I bought the wrapt mid waterproof, which is really a great pair.

The boots are comfortable and true to size, however after the second wear (short walks), one of the hooks/eyelets came off.

PLEASE RE-STOCK/RE-MAKE THIS BOOT - (in general, but if you want to do it just for me I’d love some more Size 11, in this color, in the other colors, in the low style as well). Why? Because I’ve owned my pair in black/pine for about 9 months and I’m already sad knowing there is a future without them. I am a full-time in-home dog sitter in NYC; I do extended stays with pups in other people’s homes and have a very high ask of my shoes. They need to be comfortable (my daily steps average 15,000+), sturdy (to hold up against the city streets and all that walking), versatile (so I don’t have to pack multiple types of shoes per stay for unexpected weather/temperature/activity changes), and stylish (no one said you can’t be fashionable while strutting with a pup). These boots have checked all those boxes, and then some. I loved them so much around the city that I opted to bring them on my travels to the UK - going to both London and wandering about the southeastern countryside. They kept my shoe packing to a minimum (I always overpack) and wound up being the only pair of shoes I wore the whole trip. I was able to style these boots for a posh dinner one night, then go stomping around the mud on the Cliffs of Dover then next day… and then just wiped them down for another nice dinner out. Insanity. And I wouldn’t be exaggerating to say that I have been complimented and asked where to get them every single time I’ve worn them, wherever I have worn them. Friends and strangers alike have stopped me to say “I need new boots - where did you get those??” If you’re lucky to not have monster feet like I do and your size is still in stock, I’m insanely jealous and suggest you get two pairs while they have them like I wish I did!

I've only been wearing these for one week, and one of the hooked eyelets already popped off.

Love the look and product. However, I had a knee replacement and there isn’t enough arch support for me to wear these.

I live in the mountains of Colorado and am in love with these boots: comfortable, functional, and super stylish! They have a Vibram sole which is great for high alpine environments with variable weather conditions like mine. I am probably going to order them in another color because I like them so much!

These boots not only our stylish, but they have traction. The heel was a little wide gives you extra support. The inside is so comfortable and padded. I would recommend them.

Took them caving in a wet, rough, slippery terrain. They were outstanding in some of the harshest of conditions for foot ware. Well worth the cost!!!

I've had these for about a month and a half now and I'm very happy with them! They're very comfortable and stylish too. Sadly my cats enjoy them too and like chewing on the laces so I do wish I could find the same ones to purchase for replacement but I'll just have to keep an eye out. Other than that, I highly recommend these and will probably buy another pair before too long!

I am heading to Alaska for hiking and fly fishing and needed versatile boots. I really appreciated the details posted by the other reviewers and though I haven’t gone on the trip yet, I’ve been wearing them around to break them in but it almost doesn’t seem necessary. They are very comfortable. I wear an 8, bought an 8. Fits true to size. My daughter bought a different brand of hiking boot that is cloth for much of the shoe body, i think that will be difficult to clean and keep dry. These Merrell, on the other hand, I love as the material will be much easier to clean and will be more water and element resistant. I’m probably going to use this as my go to snow boot as well!!
