My Moabs might be sturdier, but I've put in a lot of miles on and off trails over the years, and this is my new favorite hiking boot. They provide a glove-like fit for my narrow heels without being tight anywhere else, even after my feet swell from a long days in the field. thanks to its roomy toebox. These boots have great groundfeel, supportive akles for my floppy joints without being restrictive, and I appreciate the rock plates for protection on rougher terrain. Be aware that these are in no way waterproof, I had to send back two pairs before getting a pair that didn't have painful ridges or other defects inside, and and they run very small. Mine are a lovely green color. I want to buy another pair but your color choices are boring now. Please offer better colors. Fun ones, even! Bring back the green and the original plum color with the black sole, too.

Itbtook a couple walks to break them in. Mostly it rubbed the ankles. Long socks are a must.

Great hiking boot! Warm, waterproof and excellent tread to ensure steadiness in uneven and icy/slippery terrain. Wider toe bed so no pinching. 100% recommend.

Lightweight, comfortable, with a nice roomy toe box without appearing or feeling frumpy and clunky. My feet feel barefoot while having protection and traction. I purchased these for a wildlife photography trip to south Texas. Perfect to keep my feet dry, comfortable and protected.

I purchased these hiking boots sight unseen, except for pictures, 1 week before a last minute opportunity to hike in AZ came my way. I have never owned ankle high boots, but have owned low top Merrill’s previously. I read the reviews, liked the look, appreciated the barefoot technology wide toe box, the grippy sole and ankle support seemed perfect for the rocky terrain in the Sonoran Desert around Phoenix, and red rocks hiking in Sedona. I was concerned the boots would need a break-in period, and that was not going to be possible. The minute the boots arrived and I took them out of the box, I knew I had made an excellent selection. They fit like a glove and felt made for my foot. I wear a 6.5 US and that is what I bought. I prefer a lighter weight hiking sock. If you like a thicker sock you could size up a half size. These boots held steady on the rocky, pebbly surfaces of the hiking trails. They stabilized my gait on rocky terrain and kept my feet and ankles well supported and comfortable. I was happy to wear them all day and equally happy to take them off when done hiking. I like the color, the waterproof suede and the style. I could not have been happier to have selected and worn a new pair of hiking boots that turned out to be a perfect fit for this trip!

I was looking for a sturdy shoe that looked good and felt good to walk in. I found it in this shoe.

I purchased a pair of these mid waterproof in black with the black sole, and used them daily for over a month in winter visiting of rain, ice, and light snow, walking on the icy snowy grass and roads. They are really good! I walk my dogs so I have to go out at night, and it's been as low as 24 degrees f here, and I only wore a pair of will socks and was perfectly comfortable. So far, no issues with workmanship. Before I used them the first time, I did waterproof them, even though they are labeled as waterproof, and I will do so every fall. For size, I did the recommended half size up and they fit perfectly. I love that these are lightweight! I love the shape of the foot as well, because I have high arches as well as a Morton's neuroma, plus some product swelling issues, and I recommend these for all of those issues. The toe box is roomy, and the laces help adjust to the other issues.

Excellent winter boots v comfy love low drop and good support perfect!

Senior dog walker. Usually walk 20 miles a week, or more. Because of the padding, the wide toe box, and balance of the arch (not too high, but supportive), these are the most comfortable hiking boots I have ever worn. The tread was a pleasant surprise. Narrow, honey-combed type tread provides amazing grip, yet cleans with a good bang. No residual mud left on the soles. I’m 72, severe back and bones issues. I can stand tall, walk my dogs and my feet are pain free. I highly recommend these boots.

Best boots ever! I am a Veteran & prior first responder and have spent years in boots and these are by far the best boots for my day to day. Super supportive, yet flexible, comfortable like socks, amazing traction and tread, will buy these boots time and time again

I'm in love with these shoes. I wanted a warmer zero drop, barefoot type shoe for winter and these are cozy and perfect. I was concerned by other comments saying the soles are slippery. I have not found this to be the case at all. I have been intentionally testing them while wet and on both bare and polished concrete as well as polished commercial tile flooring and they have just not been slippery at all for me. I also do not feel they run excessively narrow. I did size up my usual 1/2. I'm sz 9.5 and usually size up to a 10 anyway to allow for thicker socks. They fit as I expected.

I loved the appearance, the material & the workmanship of this shoe. However, I ordered size 6.5 (37) but the toe box is far too narrow to be considered a barefoot shoe. I did not want to order a size 7 as the length of the shoe was fine so i was afraid that the 7 would be too long. I was disappointed that I had to return them.

I was amazed at the quality of Wrapt hiking shoes. In November I traveled to Sedona for hiking the beauty of the canyons. I made a quick purchase of hiking shoes, not waterproof, not Wrapt. I found these on sale when I returned they’re super; comfortable, substantial traction/support, and attractive!
