Excellent Grip, I feel they have Ant-Fatigue features. I think i have finally found the running shoes for me. I have flat feet, and these give me support, comfort and spring to do my daily 5 miles on the treadmill. Also have work all day without feeling like i am wearing running shoes. pretty neat PS.
