Ugly

Ugly Not sure what the draw is to any of his shoes but yeah def no Jordan on or off the court. But then again can't stand his crybaby self so calling these "hurt feelings" embarrasses me for him lol Side note how does one get products for free The way Nike prices things anymore it's surprising you can afford to give anything away for free.

Lebron Xxiii Elite Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The attention to detail and quality of the Lebron Xxiii Elite is truly impressive. The packaging and intended experience of opening the shoes was unique, and the added pieces of the book and #6 charm further improved the experience. The shoes themselves are really neat. My favorite thing about them is all the small details that honor Lebron's legacy: the #6 embroidered on the inner edge of the shoe with the flames representing his time with the Miami Heat, his signature on the back of the shoe, and the small, gold pieces on either side of his signature noting "23 Best Ever." The overall design of the shoes is clean, and I enjoy the two-tone vibe. The quality of the Lebron Xxiii Elite is great as each stitch is in place, the soles provide great grip, and strong structure gives me good ankle support. I enjoy wearing them to play pickup and shoot around, but I do wish they were more comfortable. I have a difficult time getting them on due to the small foot opening. Additionally, there isn't much give from the midsole or insole causing me some discomfort in the arch of both my feet. I anticipate that with more use, I will wear them in, and they will become more comfortable. These shoes are the perfect collectible for any Lebron fan, but if you're looking for a comfortable and performance driven shoe to hoop in, I would try a different Nike basketball shoe.

Xxiii Elite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LeBron XXIII Elites are impressive from the time you open the box all the way to when you’re wearing the shoes. They are displayed well and opening the box was an experience in itself! You know you’re getting ready to put on a great choice for basketball shoes. They fit true to size and aren't overly heavy. I've been wearing them for a few weeks playing at least two games a weekend, and they're comfortable for the whole time. I only wear these basketball shoes during basketball games and from a comfort standpoint they're right on par with other basketball shoes I've worn. The thing I love most is that they fit well AND they look cool.

Way Too Big

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try these with the eye-catching, vibrant colorway. After putting them on, the first thing I realized is how big these run - a whole size bigger. I usually wear a 10.5 but I probably couldn’t used a 9.5. Not only do they run long, but also very wide. Aside from the sizing issue, they provided a lot of comfort and weren’t too heavy. They aren’t the lightest basketball shoe, but they also aren’t the heaviest. Just a heads up, these definitely come in with a break-in period. Pictured below for comparison are my P-6000s, also 10.5.

Lebron Xxiii Elite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, this shoe is a visual show stopper. The bright pink immediately catches your eye and the way it works with the yellow is stunning. The gold details throughout the shoes truly make these an immediate favorite in my closet. The longer you look the more you notice. As for performance, they are durable, light and comfortable. The traction is great whether on brand new courts or worn in floors. I refuse to wear them out of the gym so I can’t speak for outdoor surfaces. They feel light on my feet but still supportive and durable. They have a nice bounce to them and the cushion really does absorb the shock better than most shoes I play in. While the flyknit upper is stylish, I do prefer a traditional tongue. The upper is a little tight around my ankle. I would love a little more give in the band but the material itself is comfortable.

Flashy Style With Solid Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes supported my ankle and foot really well and felt sturdy with good cushioning, so I was able to play comfortably. The fit felt secure and stable, which I liked a lot. Design-wise they look clean and a little flashy, so they definitely stand out on the court. The fabric and materials feel durable and built to last. My only downsides are that they’re a bit heavy, so I’m not sure I could sprint at my full potential in them, and they squeak a little when I walk. That might just mean they need to be broken in more especially because I feel like I have a narrow foot but it’s a tight fit, possibly because of the sock liner. Overall though, the support and comfort were the best parts for me.

Top Tier Basketball Shoe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nike LeBron XXIII Elite is an amazing basketball shoe that is almost perfect for players who need a more rigid and cushioned basketball shoe with lots of support. The shoes are very durable and will last a very long time, even with the most demanding type of play. They also do not hurt your feet after long basketball sessions. The cushioning is quite responsive and feels very bouncy. At the same time, it is rigid enough to trust on sharp cuts and lateral jabs. It seems like Nike has taken out the Zoom Air units and now has a new full-length foam midsole instead. I personally preferred the Zoom Air units of the past LeBron shoes, but the new foam midsole is still excellent. The outsole has a zig-zag pattern and provides great traction. It picks up a minimal amount of dust and dirt, but it will get quite dirty and worn out if used outdoors, so I recommend you use these shoes for indoor play on clean floors. Just like pretty much all of the past LeBron shoes, the lockdown and support is the best part. The shoes hug your feet while not feeling too tight, and the lockdown is strong enough to support the most aggressive and demanding type of play. The only thing I would change is that the upper materials are quite thick and bulky. This makes the shoe not very breathable and adds to the size and weight. I would probably make the upper materials thinner and lighter. The design of the shoe is so cool, with the LeBron Crown logo being incorporated into the midsole that wraps all around the shoe. It is especially creative how each colorway tells a story of a different moment in LeBron’s long career. This particular shoe includes a built in sock component, which is where the “Elite” in the name comes from. The regular LeBron XXIII does not have this sock component. The built-in sock does not affect the performance of the shoe for me, but I do think it makes the shoe look a bit more stylish and cool. Overall, the Nike LeBron XXIII Elite keeps the standard of LeBron’s shoes being one of the best basketball shoes on the market.

Lebron Xxiii Elite Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very comfortable shoe but not for basketball. These shoes do not provide enough support or grip. These shoes do mention they are not for vigorous activity but it being a basketball shoe you would think it would be able to stand up to the court. They also run a bit small but not enough to make a huge difference. Now let’s not act like this isn’t a comfortable, fashionable shoe. The insole is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever felt. I would love if the insole was placed in more sneakers because I would buy EVERY SINGLE ONE. I can not stress this enough these are COMFORTABLE. On the fashion side the pink upper is incredible and the translucent hints really make the sneaker pop. These are the perfect mix of fashion and comfort. While they are not for basketball they are great for your average wear. I will be recommending these to people and wearing them until the physically fall apart.

Great Basketball Shoes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off by saying this is one of the coolest unboxing experiences that I have ever had with a pair of footwear. They came with a #6 charm and a little booklet with all of Lebron's achievements. In terms of the shoe itself, the shoes fit like a glove. I was happy that they didn't feel too narrow, which is an issue I sometimes have with basketball shoes. My feet didn't slip around in them while running and grip on the bottoms feels good. There's also really good cushioning in the shoe which is a plus for me. These shoes have a pretty flashy design. The hot pink and bright orange are definitely bright colors and the reflective material on the orange is a nice touch. I like that there is both fabric and non fabric because it makes the top of the shoe feel lightweight and breathable and the bottom half of the shoe feel a little bit more sturdy/secure. I think for me personally my favorite part of the shoes is the fit, the holo on the bottom, and the pattern on the fabric. If I had to change something it may just be the color (though I don't find it bad).

Premium Look, Responsive Feel, Slight Heel Movement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoe fits snug through the midfoot and instep, which is typical for knit-based basketball shoes, but I was a bit surprised by how much room there was in the toe box. It’s not sloppy, but there’s definitely more space up front than I expected. For my foot that created a small amount of heel slip during play. Because I have a wider foot I couldn’t really size down without the midfoot becoming too tight, but players with narrower feet or those who prefer a tighter 1:1 performance fit might consider going down half a size. Once laced up the overall lockdown is still solid and the shoe feels stable during lateral movement and quick direction changes. The design is excellent. The “Good Intentions” colorway really stands out and the pink and gold combination feels bold while still looking premium. The overall execution is very clean and it definitely feels like a flagship LeBron release. The materials feel high quality both in hand and on foot. The knit upper and internal bootie create a supportive, almost one-piece feel and the construction feels durable and thoughtfully put together. What stood out most to me was the overall execution. The design, materials, and even the packaging feel premium and make the whole experience feel special. If I would change anything, it would be tightening up the heel-to-forefoot fit balance slightly to reduce the small amount of heel movement I experienced. Overall it’s a really well-designed performance shoe with standout aesthetics and a responsive feel on court.

Lebron Elite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grip on these is like none other! Great for the basketball court. The colors help you stand out and the feel of the shoe, feels really good. Very nice packaging!!

Cutting Edge Basketball Shoe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to getting this shoe, I was wearing some well-worn Nike basketball shoes I got probably 5 years ago. Those ones treated me well, and to my knowledge at the time, they were how a basketball shoe should feel: minimal, firm, and responsive. After wearing the Lebron Xxiii Elites for a while, though, I had no idea what I was missing out on, nor any idea how far the basketball footwear industry had come since my last pair of shoes. These shoes are truly elite. Borrowing from the running industry, they feature some carbon plating in the midsole, allowing for some explosive movement on the court. The foam also has quite a bit of bounciness. Probably the most unexpectedly great part of the shoe for me was the groove pattern on the insole. At first, it felt somewhat strange underfoot, but now, I don't know if I can wear a basketball shoe without it. The fit as a whole feels extremely premium, and the fabric/materials feel high quality. I also can't write this review without mentioning the unboxing experience. Holy cow, does Nike know how to tell a story. The box came with a whole booklet of Lebron's legacy, featuring high quality photos and telling stories from different phases of his career. I then unwrapped the shoes, and the first thing that stuck out to me was the color. I had no idea that shoes could be this vibrant or look this good.

Fancy Packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LeBron XXiii are slightly above average. I have the “good intention” color scheme. Pink and orange. Tough to match anything but black and white with these but I think they look pretty sharp still. The quality of the shoe is fantastic. It seems like the materials are top notch and I expect them to last for quite some time. When putting my foot it initially I didn’t like the feel of the sole. It has a rugged texture to it and the rubberized interior feels like it pulls my sock back while inserting my foot. They felt a bit tight at first as well. I typically wear a 10.5, I got them in a 10.5 and although it was snug I would say they’re true to size. Doing some jumping jacks and light running they felt like a bulky running shoe. My ankles felt supported to be confident playing some pick up basketball. The packaging that these things came in is wild. The box itself was the size of 2 standard shoe boxes. It had two giant plastic housings covering the shoes and the shoes themselves came in a little mesh bag as well. Seemed a little over the top but I expect nothing less from the man who the shoe is named after. It came with a little stat book and a cool #6 key chain logo representing the Miami days. Overall not a bad shoe for basketball. You can really feel the support. As far as an every day casual shoe I would take a pass on that.

Lebron Xxiii Is Truly Elite!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nike LeBron XXIII Elite immediately stands out with incredible quality throughout the shoe. The upper fabric is lightweight, breathable, and durable, all while still providing a snug, supportive fit. The outsole delivers outstanding grip that you can feel with every cut and pivot. Visually, the design is next level. The bold pink upper Flyknit cuff paired with vibrant gold accents creates a colorway that truly pops and turns heads. Overall, the LeBron XXIII Elite blends elite performance with premium materials. For any basketball or Lebron fan - this is a must have shoe!!

Cool Shoe And Cool Packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start this review by saying the packaging for this shoe deserves 100 stars! I was in awe from start to finish when opening the box. The shoes itself are 5 stars. The colors are vivid and stylish and the fit and feel of the shoe is amazing fresh out the box. I have yet to experience any discomfort after long wear. Performance wise, I would give the shoe a 3/5. They are really heavy. When playing volleyball it is hard to make quick shifts and turns without tripping over your feet. I love that the shoes have grip but they almost have too much grip. These shoes are perfect for basketball if you are prone to rolling your ankles and are looking for a more stable shoe. If you’re looking for something that is going to give you wiggle room and agility then these are not the shoes for you. The only adjustment I’d like is for them to be lighter on the feet somehow.
