Great Gloves

Excellent stitching and extremely durable. Not made for winter work but they are great.

What A Glove!

Love this glove. Not that I climb a lot but it’s be great for any activity the has significant palm use. I don’t just use them for rope work but also riding motorcycles and working with tools on heavy equipment.

Great Product

Brought these gloves out to some cold weather Military training. They were phenomenal. Great durability, kept grip when needed. Also worked near fire, no issues. I wore a thin liner in between gloves and my hand, hands stayed warm and dry. Gloves dried relatively quick. Beginner or expert, doesn’t matter. Only minor issue were it took a bit for gloves to form to my hands. Recommend the buy

Or Has The Best Gloves On The Market

Outdoor Research puts out the best gloves available. This is my second pair of gloves I have had to buy in almost 10 years. These are great for shooting. They are tough, but you can easily maneuver in them. They needed a little bit of break in, but not much. I owned the Firemark gloves before this until they were worn out and these are just as good. I keep these gloves on my trips into the rocky mountains at all times..

Solid Belay Gloves

Really digging these gloves for belaying. They run a little small IMO so if you’re not sure you might want to size up. They’re just tough to get off when my hands are swollen and sweaty. Highly recommend.

Or Granite Glove

I had some mountaineering training I needed to go do, and found I did not have a pair of gloves for the job, so I picked these up. I have extremely large hands, and the size I went with was great. I used these a lot during my training, and they performed perfectly. I did multiple repells and they stood up.

Almost Perfect

These are the only full finger leather gloves I've liked right off the shelf. Crazy good dexterity. I never feel like I'm going to drop gear and can tie any knot. The durability is a little meh, I got one hole in them pretty quickly but they function so well I'm willing to look past a little hole here and there.

Work Glove

The gloves look great and are warmer than I figured they would be. The padding is in just the right spot. They seem to be holding up well, but the real test will be fencing at the hill this winter. Due note they do fit a little on the small side. I did following the sizing guide, but when I ordered again I will likely go up a size.

Sturdy

use these for wildland fire. good fit, holding up very well this season. comfortable for digging, burning, and running the saw.

Versatile

Very pleased with these gloves!! I had read a review previously that he used them on fire assignments and was hooked, bought them a few weeks ago and took them out to OR on a fire and they did great! But BONUS I've also put them to the test at tree climbing this week and they've done really well! Only gripe is that they've stretched a little bit, to where the extra space in the fingers gets stuck in carabiners from time to time. Easy to mitigate though, and the leather holds up super well to fire, ash, dirt, sap, ropes, and all :) plus do love that extra loop on the fingers to hang them in a way on my hip that keeps misc dirt from falling in.

Clay S

Great gloves! They aren't as bulky as they appear in photos. Works great for rope work gloves. When used in wet conditions they hold up well, I've even used these in snow storms and they were warm enough to keep working. One issue though, when you wear these in wet conditions it will dye your hands yellow for a day or two. Gear loop is robust, good enough to hang on a harness without fear of them ripping off.

Or Belay Gloves

They are good gloves. I use them at work for fast roping out of Helis. I just got them so they get a six simply because I am curious how long they will hold up. The palm pad worked well and allowed the rope to slide through my hands while not heating up too much. I have never used these gloves for their intended purpose but I'd recomend them. They are comfortable and you keep dexterity without forgoing to much protection.

Excellent Rope And Duty Gloves

Used for military mountaineering a few times, worked well and they fit my hand perfectly. Inside was smooth and very comfortable.

Comfortable And Dextrous

These are my new favorite belay gloves! I take them up on the wall when I'm doing multipitch climbs and also to the sport crag. They are versatile and generally awesome! I did get some holes in them after some usage, so be aware the durability is an issue, but I really haven't found a glove that's both dextrous and durable. Belay gloves put up with some serious abuse, so I'm not really sure what's reasonable to expect.

Nice Gloves, Especially If You Have Skinny Long Fingers.

I use these to belay and rappel while rock climbing. These gloves fit my hands nicely. They do have quite a few seams but the leather gets pretty soft after a bit of use, so you don't notice as much. The leather is thin on the non-reinforce areas, and I've already got a small hole through the pinky. The index and ring fingers look to be getting close but they are holding up, the photos after around 200-250 hours or around a year of ownership. I also have not added anything to the leather e.g. conditioner. (just sweat) lol
