The navy color (called Stormy Night) is awful. It's the color of cheap polyester pant suit from the 70"s, not the classy navy they used to carry in Halle Pants. The fit is really nice though.

Feels like I reconnected with an old friend. My Halle Straight Pants are an updated of a similar pair of prAna pants I wore 12ish years ago! The stretch material is new to this update so I ordered my true size which is an 8 regular. Within minutes they fit like a glove and I absolutely love the inter draw string to tighten up the low rise waisteband. They are going to be perfect for an upcoming trip to Europe and everyday wear. If you plan to use them for a rugged activity, I can see where they could snag if you sat on ruff surfaces but this is not my plan. For size reference, I am 59 years-old, 145# and 5’9”.

They brought back the original Halle with the low rise and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are cute, comfortable, durable, …my all time favorites.

I bought a pair of these 12 years ago but never used them much. I started using them for hiking last winter and ordered another pair in December. I was disappointed that the fabric of the new pair was flimsy and not durable like my original pair. I have had to reset the buttons at the waistband and the stitching on the back pockets has started to tear. I did not even use them over the summer. For the price I paid they shouldn't look ratty after a few months of wear. My old pair still look much nicer.

Fit is excellent, but I’ve worn and washed them twice and there are snags in the fabric in multiple places, as well as fraying on the seams. I’m so disappointed in the quality of these pants, the Prana brand has always been worth the price, but this purchase did not meet my expectations. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again based on the low quality of these pants.

Lost weight and size 10 fit perfect. Still have the size 12's but a liitle loose. Weight 155 height 5'6". Pretty average in body composition.

Love Halle pants and have multiple pairs. Ordered a new color, which I love but the pants have changed. Waist rise is now lower than before and they do not fit the same. Super disappointed. Quality and color still great.

I’d been searching for a hiking pant for years. I’m a size 24 waist so many brands don’t carry my size. I hit the jackpot with this pant! They fit so well and are the perfect pant for stretch, breathability, and style on the trail. I wore these in Peru while hiking the Inca Trail. They were warm enough for the cold early morning starts and also provided enough air for the hot afternoons on the trail. I love that they come in Long, as well, providing extra material around my ankles to keep dirt and bugs out from my boots. The fabric was comfortable with plenty of stretch to handle all the crazy steps on this trail. I live the zipper and button close pockets - keeps the small items like chapstick and coca leaves easily accessible. I’ve finally found my go-to hiking pants!
Not the same Halle Straight. The waist has changed back to a lower rise again and these were not comfortable. The mid rise was better and I have these in every color. Needed to replace a pair and tried these even though other reviews said they fit different. They don't work for me anymore either. Please bring back the mid rise and deeper pockets.

I have been purchasing from Prana for 15 years. The quality of the Halle pant has gone down from when I initially purchased. The zipper on these pants sticks, and the waist buttons are loose, one needs to be sewn again.

I was wearing my Halle pants hiking when I had a bad fall on a razor sharp jagged lava rock. The rock cut deep into the muscle and required many stitches. My skin was torn up, but my Halle pants were perfectly fine, not a scratch. The pants were soaked in blood, but the blood washed clean many hours later, after a soaking in a bathtub of cold water. If only my skin was as tough as the pants. Thank you Prana!
