Zero Stars
Do NOT buy! Bought this at Christmas 2024, it snapped at the top of the handle/leather grip in March of 2026. Our travel league coaches said they’d “never seen anything like it”. Although we bought it 14 months prior and were past the 12 month warranty, I contacted customer service about the irregular break (they were quick to respond) and they said it was not uncommon and that “these bats break in all sorts of ways”, unfortunately I’m confident he was telling the truth. Soldier Tanks are a shiny low quality bats, the Cybertruck of the bat industry if you will, and my son’s 6 y/o hand me down Louisville slugger from his cousin has way better pop anyway. Customer service offered me a 15% discount on a new bat that I politely declined and now I’m trashing them online for selling a trash product :).

Very Disappointed
Just like all the other reviews we were very disappointed with this bat. It rattles, no pop, overall huge let down. I called Soldier Tank to inquire about the return and a very rude male said I had to send the bat to them and they would "evaluate" if there was anything wrong with the bat and there was chance, they would decide there was nothing wrong with it and send it right back to me. Avoid buying this bat!!!!

Garbage Bat
This bat is a piece of crap. Developed a rattle after 2 months of minimal use at practice and in-game. (never in a batting cage) We purchased directly from Soldier (not Dick's) and they were shady about the return and the issues we had. Avoid this bat.

Not Worth The Investment
My son was so excited to buy his very first bat. He saved up his own money to pay for half, and we contributed the other half as a birthday gift in October. Since baseball season was already over, he’s only been using the bat once a week for light batting practice. Within just a few sessions, the paint began to scuff, and now there are actual dents in the bat. This is extremely disappointing—he’s only 10 years old, and he’s not hitting high‑speed pitches or anything that should cause this kind of damage. For the price we paid, I expected a bat that would hold up for at least a season, not one that looks worn out after a handful of practices. This bat is not worth the investment.

Best Bat Ever!!!
I bought this bat in early October last year, and it has hit tanks ever since. It also has a great pop. It doesn't sound very good when you drop it, but ITS NOT BROKEN. Even his whole team used it in one game and held up great!

Buy Bat, Hit Dingers
Bought the Tank for my 10 year old son as his first USSSA bat. On the first day of owning it, we did on-field batting practice, and he hit 3 over the fence (first time ever, 200 feet). This bat added 20 feet vs his USA bat. He hit 2 more over on the next day. We’re excited about the immediate results and are looking forward to using it in a game.

Son Embarrassed By Rattle Sound Won’t Use Bat
Same issues that most have. Bat rattles audible to parents in stands. My son is embarrassed to use bat anymore. Dead spot at end where rattle started and then rattle started closer to connector. Unless you hit perfect perfect on sweet spot bat rattles and ball just doesn’t go. Son is 9u no excuse. Lost receipt and didn’t try refund but just want to save someone the trouble…
