Not Leakproof

I’m currently on my second 30oz tumbler. The first one was replaced by Stanley because it leaked everywhere. The warranty replacement process was so easy, which I appreciated. The tumbler keeps my water cold better than any other bottle I have. But the second tumbler leaks just as much as the first, anytime it is tipped even for a second. I think it just shouldn’t be advertised as leakproof.
