Stick Is Missing

Upon delivery the box, it seemed the wrong shape for what I was expecting. Once I opened it, I realized the stick was not included. I understand it was on sale, but nowhere in the description did it say that this was a broken package and the stick was no longer included. Not sure how to deal with this from here. There was no option to report it as a damaged or missing item.
