Poor Quality
I bought these mitts for my son just before winter. After only a few days of use, he had a small fall and the mitts were damaged. A hole appeared, which makes them unusable. They are also not waterproof, despite being advertised as such. His hands get wet very quickly. For such expensive mitts, this level of quality is not acceptable. I expected much better from The North Face, but unfortunately this was very disappointing.
