Loops Are Great

Resistance is good! Loops offer variety. I have purchased 2 other ones

Great Idea

I love the idea and design of this. I was really happy to have such a versatile Thera and product to save my hands without the clunky adjusting of handles. However, one of the loops broke on the second use. I hope this is just a fluke and the replacement when I return it lasts longer.

Great For Peripheral Work

I purchased TheraBand to take care of some rotator cuff issues. After a few weeks of strengthening my shoulder stabilizers and also using it in my stretching regimen my shoulder is pain free. This product will definitely stay in my workout program.

Amazing Variety Of Rehab And Training Uses

Have used it for over a year, bought it after rehab for back pain. First used it to align core muscles, but it's great for strength training almost every muscle group. It's well made to last. An app for iOS and Android offers videos with lots of workout configurations. Excellent value for the price.

I bought this for my wife. She uses it to stretch her legs from a door handle. She likes the features of this.
