Great Rack But No Locks.
Great fit, for my 5th Gen 4Runner. Instructions are very much ikea-like but straightforward to install. For the price it should come with locks instaed of cheap plastic plugs.

I bought the WingBar Evo's just before the holidays in preparation for a road trip and am so pleased with my purchase. I have flush mounted rails and was a little concerned about installation.
