Great Quality

I bought my Yellowfin 120 in June 2023 and have been absolutely pleased with it! It’s not quite as responsive as I’d hoped, but tracks VERY well, is very stable, and super comfortable! I’ve used it for both recreational paddling and getting hunting gear to some remote areas. I’ll be fishing from it come spring time.

Nice Kayak For Fishing And Recreation.

I have only done a couple outings in my Yellowfin 120 but am very pleased so far. It's very stable and nice to paddle. Tracks extremely well and is quite fast. The rudder is unnecessary unless you're going out in very windy conditions or plan to use it with an electric motor. Not a heavy barge like many dedicated fishing kayaks and manageable for an old-timer to load and launch. I would love to see more internal access with a second hatch in the back and predrilled anchor trolley mounts. More rod holders would be nice, maybe even use some of the tracks it's equipped with. Weak point is the foot rests, they are flimsy and uncomfortable. I expect to have to replace them very quickly.

Very Stable In The Water

I bought two of these a month ago for our place in Florida. Super comfortable and very smooth in choppy conditions. A great kayak

Quality Kayak

Beautiful, well-made, and price was great for what you get. I did my research and this got great video reviews. I bought two of these in a month. I can’t wait to customize it.

Awesome Great Performance For The Price.

Wow...I'm so impressed with the quality and just how stable and fast this kayak is. I rented a kayak and it was wayyyy to small for me and for my weight 6ft 200lbs. So I knew I wanted a 12ft kayak but wanted also speed and this hits the perfect spot.

Why This Kayak Is Worth Every Penny

I bought this kayak for 650$ due to a promo sale and I’d say I got really lucky but even for full price is still believe it’s well worth the money. I can stand up on it and paddle and I’m 230lbs 6” i haven’t fallen off yet and with practice I’m sure it’ll get easier. The seat is as comfortable as other reviews say I’ve sat in it for hours. It has really good tracking I’ve been in the Antietam Creek the Potomac River (not the rapids yet) and a couple lakes and ponds in the area and it hasn’t given me much trouble at all it has plenty of storage and you can really move around on the deck. I say deck because this thing isn’t far off from a skiff with how stable it is. The only downside is the weight I’m a strong paddler and I can get it moving but I’m brother and my girlfriend have some issues with maneuvering it. The rudder definitely comes in handy for lighter people I’d imagine. My suggestion would be to get a trolling motor because this thing would move especially since it has a load capacity of 400lbs. I give this kayak a 10/10 and it would 100% recommend buying it.

Super Stable

After tons of reading on kayaks I bought the yellowfin 120 for goose hunting and it was a great choice! Very stable when shooting and getting in and out is easy. Lightweight enough that I can kid and unload from the roof of my truck easily. It seemed the cheaper brands of similar kayaks had leaking issues. Plenty of space for all of my gear and decoys. It’s no speed boat but It’s nothing to paddle 20 miles in a morning
